- Jerry Guern Added 2017-09-09★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I checked the website for a room, but the website was down, so I called. Lazy employee put me on hold for five minutes before saying their internet was being slow and she still didn't know if a room was available. She refused to just call or walk to the front desk to ask, wanted me to continue waiting for their slow internet. I said I'd just stay elsewhere, and she answered, "Okay, super!" Inexcusable.
